Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear or items marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
